Two Killed As APC, PDP Supporters Clash In Lagos

s State, was said to have followed a rally held by the APC in the area ahead of Saturday’s governorship and state Assembly elections. Though the cause of the clash could not be ascertained as at press time, two persons were reportedly killed. Baba Esin was said to have died at Oshoni Junction by Oshoni Street in Oshodi. On Friday morning, the police foiled an attempt by some people to reignite the confrontation. The state Commissioner of Police, Kayode Aderanti, has deployed additional troops to the area. Also deployed in the case of any eventuality were Armoured Personnel Carriers. The area is still reported tense.
